Solitary Utopia is a body of photographic works revolving around the reaction and relation to spaces. As a photographer, an admirer of architecture, and a BMX rider, I find myself constantly questioning spaces; the intended use and function, implications of space, and inhabitants. Its easy for us to define space, but each personal definition will have slight variation; due to our culture, education, religion, childhood, and etc. Thru space we create bias, just like we would for people. So what does the space tell us about the inhabitant(s), the designer, the use, and the definition?
